Monday- Crossfit

Tuesday- Train

Sunday- Rest. 

I'm having lots of fun with fitness this year! Right now I'm working on my handstands and muscle ups at crossfit. 

My Nutrition Program View My Full Nutrition Program

Keepin it low cal!

Breakfast- 4 egg whites, 1/3 oat bran (or 1/2cup wheat bran if I'm extra hungry)

Snack- 2 brown rice cakes, 1 tbsp almond butter, shake

Lunch- 4oz LWM, 1/2 cup brown rice, veggies

Snack- 3oz LWM, 1/3 cup yams

Dinner- 4oz LWM, avocado, veggies

Snack- 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein, 1 tbsp almond butter (mix together.. heaven in a cup)

 

If I'm extra hungry, u bet you'll see me snacking on a big bowl of veggies :)

Supplements are SO important to help me stay healthy and feeling great!

I take a multi, fish oil, green tea extract, probiotic, and digestive enzymes everyday.

If I work out earlier in the day, I drink Monster Pump pre workout and always drink Monster Amino after!

My Motivation Program

Everything motivates me- it's all in the mind! Songs, people, moods, blogs, twitter, church, my clients, photos, stop watches, pressure, goals, dreams.... it all works for me at some point in time. I have many goals in the fitness industry so staying in shape is my top priority, you have to look the part! Whenever I find myself unmotivated all I need to do is talk to my trainer/mentor and he quickly puts things in perspective and I feel much better. :) Which helps me help MY clients when they are unmotivated!

Well it is safe to say I am completely exhausted after the long weekend in Columbus. It was more fun than I could have ever imagined. Three days of high energy- you don't even realize until the day is over how exhausted you are. The energy in the expo is high and you can't help but feed off of everyone!   • Sux, I really wanted to go to the Arnold. I have not been to it since 2010! I lived in Columbus, Ohio for 6 years. Now, I live in AK, and I am currently overseas...it was a bummer, however, I hope to make it next yr!

Another great day with Bodybuilding.com in the books! It was SO busy (no surprise there) and SO much fun. Although we didn't get as much face time with the fans today, as we were trying to get the lines moving as quickly as possible, I did get to meet and chat with a few people I knew through various social media outlets. Chaz_Roc Hi Rachel, It was surreal,I just see this man walking towards me. It was Arnold and he was shorter then I thought. He shook my hand and was talking to me. I happen to have on an Arnold Classic shirt too. He was friendly, but his guards asked me to wait away from him. I told them I'm waiting for my Starbucks,I meet him and I'm over it now.
