When I Started: Mar, 2007
How I Started: I originally started working out off and on years ago, but never stayed dedicated or consistent. At first I just did it trying to look better, but I learned there are thousands of other benefits to a good workout. I also now manage a GNC, and my interest in how hard I can push myself and my potential is growing everyday.
Why I Love It: I don't know where to start, I sleep better, feel better all around, have a good focus on something in my life, and I love the feeling of accomplishment when you get that last set finished.
How I Stay Motivated: Work keeps me motivated, being around all those bodybuilding products all day. I'm hoping to use this website to keep me inspired and motivated as well.

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Add lean muscle
Goal (Long): Right now I'm focused on trying to train and eat right to add size, then focus on cutting in the winter, maybe sooner or later depending on how things go. I'm trying to give myself a good time frame to meet my goals of feeling better, living a better, higher quality life, and feeling confident about myself by next summer.

i hit a major delay the last couple of weeks...i ended up with what my dentist called the worst abscess he's ever seen, the entire right hand side of my face swelled up for a few days, i was in tremendous pain, then came the root canal, the swelling localizing to a golf ball size thing right...

wat sup man you look like you have some solid athletic built there from wat i can tell from your pic you will get there just keep pushing yourself into the limits where you want it to be just have funs with the lifting it also help releast stress and shits so take it out on the machine that would keep you driven to get big and ripped well good luck!~edmund
