How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I usually do 10-15 depending how tired I am. I do this because i usually do 200 reps per set and i break it down by 15 at first then 10 as i progress.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Depending on the workout. Usually not long so i can get a bit of cardio in there.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
John Cena. For obvious reasons.
