I got started working out to better my life. Recent family events have provided a much needed spark! I understand now more than ever the importance of living a healthy lifestyle!

Overall, I want to get back down to my sports weight of 230lbs! I let myself balloon and have quite a long way to go! The first step is cutting down body fat without losing the muscle that I already have! Second, I need to rebuild and define! This site has helped me take the first step towards reaching my goal, getting off of my behind! I just need to stay strong and stay the course!!

B.Bunni here reporting 4 duty...I was a VERY BAD GIRL last wk & due 2 my shame I didn't post any new progress pix however, 2day I felt reassured that I was getting back on my game so...if you get a chance, stop by sometime this 4 sum overdue feed bk! Hope thigns have been goin good man. Im just sticking to the routine. Ive found that you really have to be more disciplined the lower you get if you still want to see results.
How was your wk? My trainer(Hubby) was out of town all wk so I was on my own w/my dieting & training. I just hope dat my pix will reflect + not - We are going to a wedding 2mro so I've changed my cheat day from Sun. 2 Sat. Yo, yo, yo...Yesterday I had 2 hav emergency oral surgery 2 extract 1 of my wisdom teeth do 2 absession and infection! Needless 2 say Dat my diet and workout schedule has suffered 4 da last 2 days. Dis wks progress pix may be disappointing. I do plan 2 hit HARD and STRONG once I know dat I'm in da clear. So given dat bit of info I still would like 2 have feed back GOOD or BAD when I do my weigh in and progress pix on Sunday! Keep up UR hard work so dat I will be envious of ur progress!
