thanks man! i hate to say it but i have not been to much for my calves, but before i was doing calf presses after leg press
usually reps up to 20 or so. i tries to go slow, as to get a good stretch. i also did a lot of seated calf raises. I sually go heavy on those. sucks right now, cause the gym i go to doesn't have a seated calf machine, so it is standing with weights in my hands and leg press from hee on out. congrats will almost finishing school! tell B i said hey!

yeah, i checked you were right it does have 18 grams of saturated fat per serving. once i am done, i think i will be switching off it. good to see you, call me if you can make it to run tomorrow.
Yeah I am in Philly for 6 weesk doing an internship with the obama campaign.I am pretty excited about it, after it is over I am gonna go back to NYC and hopefully have a paid job in line. that is awesome you are getting your masters in exercise science! the performance enhancement, is that like a focus on supplements? you should gain a ton on knowledge from it! please pass anything intersting that you learn my way!

thanks, yeah i just got back serious since the 2nd hernia surgery. It is nice to be able to do legs again, eventhough i hate doing them! Just started bulkig for the winter. Where in nashville did u get the house? congrats on that too!
