I used to be 260 lbs, lost weight down to 180 lbs in 7 months.. Now 212 but lots more muscle..

The workouts are so different all the time
Lots of pullups/chinups/pushups/ squats/deadlifts/
and if you arent doing Plyometrics in your training you are missing out

I just thought that I would drop you a line to tell you that my wife, and your friend (bodyspace: judimax) is having a birthday on Saturday April 5th and is turning 48.
