I used to lift weights on and off back in High School when I was a scrawny little twig. After joining the US Army I've been in and out of my lifting cycles. This time I will hopefully stick with it.
Why I Love It:
The feeling of accomplishment and getting to watch my body transform over time.
How I Stay Motivated:
BB Accomplishments:
The only man alive to have ever passed the Dunkin Donuts 300 challenge! Eating 300 Boston Cream Donuts in under 30 minutes! YES! THATS ME!!!
...No, not really. It sure would make a hell of a story though :P. I'll keep you posted though.

Me at 230 Lbs, I have alot of work to do.
Please note the I had a terrible camera man for the four shots taken on this date. He took my front and back poses before I had a chance to fully flex. :(
I want to drop about 30 lbs of fat and gain more lean muscle.
Goal (Long):
I want to lose the wieght and be proud of how I look when I take my shirt off. I want to be about 195-200 Lbs of solid muscle. Aside from the obviously needed wieght loss, I need to add in lean muscle mass.
Well, this is the new beginning for me. I am going to try something new. In previous months I have tried to stick to a work out routine, which has proven dificult due to occupational dispositions. I have for the longest time used this following work out stratgy:
I know where you are coming from and I wish you much success in your quest to get fit. Combine weight lifting, some form of cardio and a good nutrition plan and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. I used the Body for Life program and had great results you might want to give it a look-see. Stay strong and believe in yourself and what you can accomplish. Give me a yell if you wish.
Hey There!! Thanks for the words of wisdom :) Keep in touch and I wish you and your family a very Happy Holiday and New Year 2008!!! xxxxxxxxxxx Jessica :)
