How I Started:
Began getting serious in october of 0 while doing a workup for my deployment. i had one of the greatest lifting partners you could have and we pushed each other to new limits. everyday my love of bodybuilding grows.
Why I Love It:
helps maintain a sense of normalness while i adjust to the civilian world.

i step on stage in 15 days for the first time ever. enuff said

it's time to pack on some serious muscle. dialed in the diet and have the workouts on blast! i'll get some before pictures going for all of you.
Goal (Long):
my training partner and i officially move into our offseason next month (september) and we got everything dialed in to mass up and build off the base that i started but now it's time to get competitive and push to be bigger harder and more vascular. we have switched to a power style to maximize the size potential we both have but don't want to pack on to much unhealthy size. don't want to have to cut 40-50 lbs for next show.

I want to GAIN 30 lb
