Overall Goal: I want a body that makes people say " you work out, don't you?" I want to be toned, but not too muscular and chiseled.

When I Started:
Feb, 2009
How I Started:
I want legs! I am 5'9 with a nice frame, but my legs are out of shape. I have knee pain and I have gained 20lbs in the last 2 years. I never had a protruding abdomen, just love handles and back fat. My arms are not huge, they just need a little toning too. Overall my incentive came from reevaluating my physique and seeing all my potential. I don't have far to go.
Why I Love It:
I feel empowered. I feel accomplished when I look in the mirror and see my body changing every week.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read. I surround myself with books, tapes and magazines relating to health and fitness. When I see the fitness models's legs it makes me want to jump up and start working on my own.
BB Accomplishments:
Overall improvement in my health and endurance. The gym and workouts at home are no longer a task. Its play.
