I seem to have hit a wall since I started taking it. I started about a week ago and the scale hasn't moved at all. It fluctuates about .2 of a pound but it is the same every day. The only thing I can figure is the supplements.

I've found that the bigger the breakfast the better off I am throughout the day, and you can eat the worst foods at breakfast, like breads and such. I love to munch on Kashi throughout the day. I like the GoLean crunch as well as toasted honey heart healthy kashi. I'll find the site that had a whole list of foods and send it to you soon. Good luck!!!

Well, I've been really amazed at the foods that I can eat. I love raw carrots and grapes. Grapefruit and other citrus fruits are also massive fat burners. Celery is always good. But then you can also try stuff like fruit yougurt, toast with breakfast.
