i'm not really sure. i guess i just get this feeling if i dont exercise and i fall off the wagon and feel guilty and fat. so that keeps me pretty motivated i guess. i also have pictures of me in high school playing sports to remind me of what i could look like again

Goal (Long):
I want smaller thighs and great abs. I know it's going to take time, but I really think that I can do it. I want to be able to stick a sensible eating plan. I don't want to diet, I want a lifestyle change. I dont want to look like a movie star, but I want to turn heads when I walk into a room.

you got back sooner than me, so that's great :) i gained back some weight too and even though i thought i'd adapted the lifestyle, i for some reason purposely ate crazily, now i'm back to my senses and appreciate it even more, so i'm excited again to see what happens :) keep it up!
What a wonderful goal to have for yourself. Fitness is the best thing that one can do for themselves and it is something that can stay with you for life. I wish you much success and I hope to watch you have a successful transformation.

As long as you are seeing improvements in the mirror, try not to worry too much about the scale weight. You may look much better than you expected at a different weight than you expect. Doing weight training with your cardio will help you transform and truly change your shape. Trust the mirror and the tape measure and keep up the great work! :)
Sorry to here you've hit a wall, I know I've hit them myself a couple of times. I suppose everyone gets different reactions to supplements. Maybe change it up a little and you'll break through.
It's ok, we'll rub some lotion on you and you'll be all better! I got some good tan lines, hopefully we'll get darker in the next few weeks! Then we'll be super cool!
