I started working out in high school for football and wrestling, and I love it so much that it's my favorite thing to do now.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it keeps me healthy, it keeps me looking good, and I just love to move more and more metal every time I go to the gym.

Well... Things didn't really go as planned for me. I've had shoulder problems ever since high school and the amount of pain I am in when I wrestle is just too much for me to handle anymore. I love the sport but I had to take a break before I hurt myself permanently. Now my goal is to become bigger and stronger than I have ever been before.

In an attempt to get down to 5% bodyfat, I'm cleaning up my diet hardcore and dropping all supplements aside from whey, multivitamin, and the Thermo-Cuts that I'm trying out right now.  I dropped Arginine last week, and I took my last serving of creatine yesterday, so I'm pretty psyched and...

Hey RJ, man its been a while since I dropped by. Looks like you are continuing to make some awesome progress. Yes, I see those obliques coming on through. Thats a great accomplishment man. I was doing well when I start back in Jan, hit a rough three weeks but plan on heading back to the gym Monday. Spring is almost here and summer is on its way, so its now or never getting ready for the beach. Keep up the awesome training, you are still making some awesome progress.

Hate it when the gym is closed - you feel "lost" :( Good luck on the 8 pack, shouldn't be too difficult from how things look now! I had to lift at night... traffic was moving too slowly
