Well... Things didn't really go as planned for me. I've had shoulder problems ever since high school and the amount of pain I am in when I wrestle is just too much for me to handle anymore. I love the sport but I had to take a break before I hurt myself permanently. Now my goal is to become bigger and stronger than I have ever been before.

Hey RJ, man its been a while since I dropped by. Looks like you are continuing to make some awesome progress. Yes, I see those obliques coming on through. Thats a great accomplishment man. I was doing well when I start back in Jan, hit a rough three weeks but plan on heading back to the gym Monday. Spring is almost here and summer is on its way, so its now or never getting ready for the beach. Keep up the awesome training, you are still making some awesome progress.
