I want to lift a combined 1000 pounds in bench, squat, and deadlift for the first time ever in my life at the end of this week.
Goal (Long):
I want to be better this upcoming wrestling season than I have been the past three years. It will be my last year as a college wrestler, and probably the last time I'll ever competitively wrestle, so I want to shock everyone and show them what I am really made of.
Description: Obviously, I'm wrestling in this video. The whole video isn't just me, but there are a few sweet shots of me tossing some guys! I'm the one at the end who picks the guy up in the air. Enjoy!
Friday morning I will be home, and my brother and I will be maxing out on bench, squat, and deadlift. When I was in high school, before every football season we would have a "max night" in which everyone on the team would max out on bench, squat, and deadlift. The ultimate goal...
Hey dude, thanks for your comments! It's nice to know people watch my vids, lol. The Reverse Grip Bench Press focuses a bit more on the triceps and also works your deltoids a bit, too. I use it as a fun variation from regular Barbell Bench Press. Give it a try man, just make sure you have a spotter cuz it could be dangerous if your grip slips.
By the way, good job on gaining almost 20 pounds and remaining pretty lean!
