How I Started:
I've always been atheletic. Recently, I started feeling my age and new I needed a change.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel after a hard weightlifting program followed by an hour of cardio. It makes me feel like a young man again.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I see how my wife looks at me it inspires me to stay consistant and want to do more.

To Build Lean Muscle Mass with Rock Hard Abs!
Goal (Long):
My long term goal is to be shredded head to toe by next summer. I want to gain about 8 pounds of lean muscle mass. I'm tired of feeling young mentally but old physically. I'm also looking to be able to do 10 miles on the elipticle. Running for now is out of the question until I resolve my torn ACL.

Hey RJ, nah ... knee won't let me run :) So I've taken up race walking instead. That pic was from the RnR 1/2 marathon in Phoenix this past Jan. I'm planning on doing the Portland marathon in October.
