I was tired of being overweight and flabby. Something clicked one day and I started to research and learn as much as I could.
Why I Love It:
Body changes, endorphins, feeling energized, better sleep... what's there not to love?!
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to be my own motivator, which works most of the time... However, the real motivation comes from people who have decided they are going to change their lives, and actually do it.
BB Accomplishments:
My heaviest was 280 lbs. I now fluctuate around 200-205. The lowest I've seen has been 198 (for one day). I hope to zip past that weight and shed the rest of my fat.
UPDATE: I've been steadily around 197-198 now. Huzzah!
UPDATE: Hovering 194-196!
UPDATE: I've been hovering steadily around 190 for a while now. I haven't dipped into the 180's yet! I'm right around the corner but my motivation has CRASHED recently. I'm trying to pick it back up. I have started a 5x5 program and getting the diet back under control before our cruise!
Get to a single digit body fat percentage, bulk up, just look good!
Goal (Long):
As of right now I have no idea what my BF% is. I want to feel good taking my shirt off finally. Looking good nekkid is always a good goal in my opinion! We are taking a cruise with a large group of friends this August, and my conceited goal is to look better than all my male friends. :)
