Seeing how big I was after seeing pix of me at the 2004 Arnold
Why I Love It:
Losing fat so I am healthier
How I Stay Motivated:
I have LOTS of support from friends and family and have the BEST friend and trainer in the world helping me (even though I complain a lot - lol)
BB Accomplishments:
Not so much bodybuilding, but I ran (no walking breaks) a half marathon in May 2005.
Current goal is to compete in my first bodybuilding contest at the Sandra Wickham Fall Classic show in Nov. 2008.

Main Goal:
Gain Muscle
Goal (Short):
Lose body fat and gain muscle to achieve the optimal body physique that is possible for me.
Goal (Long):
I have been obese a majority of my life. At the 2004 Arnold I weighed over 350 lbs. and never went to a gym to do weight training.
I suffered from sleep apnea and had a bulging disc.
I reached my goal of no longer needing to use a CPAP machine due to my sleep apnea and have ran the Cleveland half marathon in 2005.
Current goal is to get down to 15% bodyfat, then train to compete in a bodybuilding show.
My goal after that is to run a marathon.
ALSO - I would love to become a certified personal trainer and do seminars and retreats to help others with their weight loss goals. I became a CTM (Competent Toast Master) through my local Toastmasters group to help achieve this goal.

I competed in it last year, I am truly jopeing it won't be as cold, but I think it helped with my PR on the run! I like running, but with the bench as a challenge, it makes it a lot more fun. Hope to see you there!
