so i decided i should actually keep with a new years res. at the start of January i was 148 150 on a good day. i usto work out in high school with decent results but not near what i should have had considering how much i was in the gym. now im starting fresh, healthy food intake, proper protine intake, creatine, no2, all that jazz.
