How I Started:
Finally had enough of the way I looked and felt.
Why I Love It:
So many reasons. The feeling after the workout (the soreness, the feeling of growing). The satisfaction from the physical changes that you make. I love just letting out all my frustrations on the weights and being able to clear my mind of work, finance, stress. And ultimately just being healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a partner. We don't compete with one another just keep each other motivated to keep pushing.

well i hit another pike to climb its so wierd i lose alot then i dont lose anything. man it makes me mad but i feel great, how the weights anything good happening. call me or hit me back
great job man i was wondering about you. i thought maybe you were working out hard but eating like ****. but finialy some results great job man damn thats 5 lbs and a inch around your belly gonna look good for mr o. well im at 248 247 245 247 248 son of a bitch i go up and down but im stuck on hard core now i lost my phone in malibu i fell in the water and messed up my phone i pod wallet and alot of other shi!@t but hit me back or call the house 3105422094
good job keep up the good work, r u staying off carbs, what works for me is one cup of green tea and lots of water.

hey man no worries i just wanted to tell you im down to 250lbs ive been there for 3 days now and im gonna try to drop another 5lbs this week, riding is really helping me drop the weight im back on my diet and im drinking alot of water, green tea 1 cup a day plus green tea extract the bad thing is im not lifting as much. i mite get a gym membership and start going but maybe to 4 star in el segundo with paul or just myself.
