Background
I have always been athletic growing up playing sports and lifting weights. It was just over the past few years that i wanted to make it my life.
I love the feeling of getting the pump from working out, and seeing how i can alter my body through weight training.

Incline dumbell flys 5 sets - 20,10,10,8,20
Incline dumbell press 5 sets - 20,10,10,8,20
bench Press - 4 sets - 10,10,8,20
Decline bench press - 4 sets - 10,10,8,20
Seated Machine flys - 4 sets 10
I found this workout really Burns the chest particularly the upper chest. The first two exercises i start with 20 reps, for warm - up, and pre-exhaust. I also want to balance my upper chest so i hit it first.After these first to i don't relly need a warm-up, so the next three exercises are to get the other angles of the chest. When the weight gets too light just increase it accordingly.
This has worked good for me, after each work-out i'm still feeling the soreness afterwards.
If anyone can see areas of improvement please let me know.
