I have always been athletic growing up playing sports and lifting weights. It was just over the past few years that i wanted to make it my life.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of getting the pump from working out, and seeing how i can alter my body through weight training.
How I Stay Motivated:
From the results i get form working out, from seeing those who have the body i want, and from seeing those who have the body i hope i never have.

Goal (Long):
I've been lifting serious for about 2 years, but realize theres a lot i don't know or know doing in this life of bodybuilding. I first need to obtain the facts on how to obtain my ideal muscular shape. Once having it, being disciplined enough to consistently do what i have to do.
At the same time i also want to help others see the rewards of fitness, by training them as a "real" certified personal trainer.
