Barbell Bench Press - 8,6,5,5,5
Flat Dumbell fly press - 10,6,5,5,5
Seated Machine Flys or Cable Flys - 8,6,5,5,5
Being tall, skinny, of average genetics, and natural, this is the only way to go. Moving the heavy weight is going to be the only way to get those muscles stimulated!
