Good for you! I just finished 90 days of POwer 90 so I had my first adult beverages that I have had in a long time. Doing the gym for a couple of weeks then probably P90x. How was your weekend?

Been getting them done but not first thing in the am. I like to do it at 4am before I go to work. Today I just got done with some cardio...only 16 hours late. Tomorrow will be the end of our 90 day program then back to the gym til some time in August when we will do Power 90> how is your training going?

August is right around the corner so that is nice! Where is home for you? LOL about the liver. My birthday was May 31 and thanks. I gotta do a quick ab work out...skipped that this am because I was running late for work.

4 am is super early for me too, but if I don't get it done first thing I find a hundred reasons not to get it done at all. LOL... We can't have any "drag assin" out of you. I can't wait to get trashed either. I'm on a 90 day program and haven't drank since April 3rd (Well I cheated once on my bday). When do you get back?

My progress is slow, but I keep plugging away. Guard duty, huh? Thank you for being there!! Really thank you! My week has been pretty good so far. Had the day off today so played late last night and didn't get home til this afternoon. Typically I work out at 4am so now I have to do my workouts everyday for the rest of the week.(Usually I either take Sat or Sun off). How is your week going? How long are you there for?
