I joined a new gym via my ex's generosity! and more good news I got my 5k to 23 minutes and some seconds, so thats so cool!! :) not so good news, gained back four pounds that I had lost :( real real sad about that, cant figure out what I am doing wrong, going back to meat and veggies only to see if I can jump start weight lost again. trying an ec stack too, I lift weights 5 days a week run 6 days a week.... thanks ya'll the toronta photos were great btw... cant wait to see on live in... Ya'll help me out, I cant figure out the new workout tracker, dont see how to add by date it just keeps coming up blank and then how to add the weight. does anyone else hate this thing? I looked at a few other sites and they are just as complicated, mess had me in tears so frustrated. (might be pms too) rita
