I was half way good this week. I went to the gym 3 times but 2 of my workouts were mediocre at best. My diet was a bit unbalanced on thur. i had a candy bar as lunch. I almost never do that! things are looking up for the weekend though. I have been drinking plenty of liquids

in a word "motivation". thats the key to this whole thing. Freshman 30 could be "freshmeat" by the end of the semester if you stay focused. you could really be a bombshell girl!
