I started lifting in high school for football, but I had no clue what I was doing. After high school I stoped working out and became overweight. At the begining 2007 is When I realized I was at an unhealth weight of 252lbs, so I started lifting and running again.
Why I Love It:
It is a healthy addiction! I love to Push my body to the limit!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing progress and feeling better and stronger. I love looking in the mirror and seeing results.

first progress pic since recovering from a back injury. abs are starting to get where they need to be.
About a month or so ago I made the change from Muscle Tech products(Cell Tech, Nitro Tech, and Nano Vapor) to BSN(Cell Mass, NO explode). In my change I have found that BSN products are easier on the stomach than Muscle Tech but both products seem to work pretty well. I have to say I have...
I'm doing better, my left knee stop some of my goals for this year, that is bad, the good thing is that finally I'm gaining some well earned weight, so in that respect I'm happy. Hey Bryan the new pictures show a better defined build, keep pumping heavy looking good.
That's an impressive weight chart from last year. Is the 20-30 min of cardio after workouts all the cardio you do? Did you do that the whole year or did you do more to begin with?
