How I Started:
I have always worked out off and on to stay toned and keep a little strength. I got serious about lifing heavy after reading an article on power lifting in a magazine I boosted from my friends bathroom. Once I started, it didn't take long for me to become obsessed.
Why I Love It:
It's a good reason to wear spandex in public.
How I Stay Motivated:
Drop heavy weights on the floor and grunt really loud, walk with my arms flared way out and stare at people. And sometimes I wear a gold herring bone necklace to the gym with a spaghetti strap tank top. Actually, I stay motivated by making fun of those weirdo's.
BB Accomplishments:
I've always been a small, thin dude. I graduated boot camp at only 135lbs. Up until Jan 06, my arms were usually around 14.5 inches pumped and flexed, now I'm hitting 18 consistantly. For me, thats an accomplishment. When I'm steadily hitting 20, I'll be satisfied.

I will continue to rise above. It took me 34 years to realize that I can get bigger, I don't have to be the skinny guy with little arms. I have overcome alot by way of genetics and physical stature. Right now, I just want to keep getting stronger and a little bigger.
