well when I went off Creitine (can't spell) I lost about 5 pounds in the first week, but that was probably mostly water weight...after that it has probably been a pound or 2 a week since...don't have too much more to lose though :p

I have never tested my bf% and I try to eat healthy, thats about it...I basically avoid fatty foods and right now am trying to stay away from carbs as much as possible. I have only been cutting for a month and a half and i have lost 11 pounds, wondering if I am losing any muscle though...not too sure

ya, makes sense...I usually do abs at the end of my workout and I am almost always too tired to get that great of a workout...but whatever, not the end of the world....can't get my upper ab seperation nomatter how hard I try
