I played alot of basketball in highschool, but near the end of highschool, I always wanted to be bigger than most the people around me.
Why I Love It:
Working out is not a hobby, it's a lifestyle. You have to learn to love it, because then you will see results
How I Stay Motivated:
The thought of NOT working out is a joke....I don't know what I would do without the gym in my life

My arms have gained alot of size. My shoulders have too, but they grow alot easier than everything else on my body

I don't get mine tested that often. Sounds like you are doing well. someone told me they tried to preserve the muscle by not losing more than one to two pounds a week
the answer varies. I really am into more of a normal training routine in the summer, when school doesn't take prescendence. I work them hard and often - but how often depends on how grueling and intense the workout of them from the time before was - so if they are not too sore, I work them, hope you can follow my logic on that
