I want to drop my BF% to single digits. I have spent the last 5 months putting on muscle.
Goal (Long):
I want to be absolutely and t-totally ripped. I have packed on a good amount of muscle and now need to start leaning. I wil likely try to pack on more muscle through the holidays and start leaning in Jan. I want the best physique on the beach.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
9%

Thanks . Yeh i know but i'm determined to eat well even through christmas and new year, i'll see how i go. I'll be drinking of course but i'll try not to eat bad foods.
