Epiphany, search of truth, long false starts with couple years of running and overtraining. Met some real good people,( like Cody Butzer) ( google it), I shaped up my routines, forms, and diet. Now live pure. Formerly a wreck.
Why I Love It:
Truth.
You can go farther than you thought,
Truth, when you fail on the last assist, and you meet your limitation.
Truth, all attachments and worries fade after that, and in the moments your in there doing it, there is no better feeling in the world.
How I Stay Motivated:
Train daily. remember your goals. discipline,= restraint=, frustration=,determination,= sucsess, =freedom. on off days do core training, cardio and arm work, so you have that element in your daily activity. NEVER sacrificet that part of your SELF,ever. also practice a meditation routine, visualization, yoga and EAT CLEAN
oh yeah, and I sometimes peruse the beautiful ladies in the old american curves and on Bodybuilding .com. I am , after all an artist and there is no better physiques in the world to draw than a woman who trains.
BB Accomplishments:
went from 215 lbs slop 148 lbs to current 176-180. no body fat! I started with the loss from daily running in 2005. then in 06/07 I started lifting. I learned most of my progress in the past 9 months to year. now I get up on my own and I am clean and have refined my inner strength. I cant wait to see how the future will unfold. MY BIGGEST ACCOMPLISHMENT IS in my search of the self, HOPE AND STRENGTH, spiritual development from the lifestyle and realizing what we can do with our gift of life. Bodybuilding isnt a means to an end, its turning up the kind of person you are to the extreme level. Its about love, man.

Why is this type of protein best?
I lIke a high carb after a workout but use a low carb duing other times of day, depending on need. You can sense that some of the cheaper protiens are real chalky and crappy for you, with lots of filler. I reccomend researching the companies that produce the product before you buy it, there are alot of companies who just want your cash. One book that really helped me was the Supplement guide, ask me ill get you the info on that.! Ill try to put it in later, remind me! To saythe least, the experience has been different in that I am consious of my desire to train hard away from my regular environment. so I have found ways to have quite invigorating experiences in the hotel gym with the equipment at hand.
Hey Scott, thanks for the add! I hope your goals are coming along nicely. I see that you drink muscle milk, have you ever tried there cake batter? It is unbelievably good! :-)
