Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I journal all my workouts. I do this to see where improvements can be made, to assess which workouts have helped my physique, which workouts motivate me and to track my progress.

I think about my competition and how hard they are working. ;)

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you to be a better parent?
Being a role model is such an important aspect of parenting. Exercising regularly and eating well helps my sons develop the same habits. I love working out with my sons!
