When I Started:
Jun, 2007
How I Started:
I have always wanted a powerfully built body that can impress people, especially abs. Also, running track brought me to the weight room, so it kinda came from there too (that's what got me hooked). Who knew getting bigger and more respected would be so addictive? Haha
Why I Love It:
What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us. -Ralph Waldo Emerson True dat.
How I Stay Motivated:
Success is a personal standard - reaching for the highest that is in us - becoming all that we can be. -Zig Ziglar No man ever woke up on the top of the mountain; he awakened one day and started his climb. -Bill E. Williams I look for the best in myself, then I look at the worst, and then I think about how they both got to be that way. -Me
BB Accomplishments:
Accomplishments are just when you need to set new goals. No, really I don't have any....yet....haha

I do it because I can, I can because I want to, I want to because you said I couldn't. Don't try to get to heaven by backing away from hell. Gotta bring my bench up! And everything else for that matter....
