Late August early September I will start my bulk and prepare myself to compete in the CAN/AM(natural and tested) which takes place April 2010. As of now I would like to compete in the lightweight class but I will see how I progress and take it from there.

Ok, heres what I had for one of my snacks today. I really don't like the taste of tuna so I usually find something to mix it with to kill the flavor such as adding mustard or bbq sauce. Once I made tuna burgers, which I really like, it's the only way I eat tuna now.
March was all about super-setting and high reps, 20-25.
April is going to be a little different. Reps are going to be lower and I'm also switching to one major muscle group per day.
Day 1: Chest and Abs
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Shoulders, Traps, and Abs
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: Arms and Abs

thanks man. i am also looking at some places near my work in manhattan. looking at what is most affordable and convenient to get to. appreciate the suggestion. it looks close enough, so i'll probably check it out as well.
do you know of any gyms that are doing month to month memberships right now? i am looking to join a gym, cause my apartment gym is lacking in some of the equipment i need. congrats on hitting 167!
that is awesome man! congrats on the gains! sounds like we are moving at about the same pace. I just finihsed my 8 week bulk and am starting on a 4 week cut. I am planning to hit up the Naturalmania in Manhattan on sept 20th. Let me know if you decide to go.
training is going really well right now. finishing up an 8 week bulk. started at 163.75lbs and my weight is not fluctuating between 174.5 and 177lbs, so i am thrilled. gonna cut for 4 weeks starting the end of this week. hows your training going? seeing good results from the bulking?
nice man...i am getting in around 3200 - 3500 a day - i need to keep better track of my food in take though. i've gained about 7lbs in 3 weeks, so thats been good. where in queens do you train at? my apt has a decent gym, so i have been training there for convenience.
Nice man. Sounds good. If your profile pic is current, you are already lean as hell! I just started a 6 week bulking routine. My planning is to alternate 4 weeks cutting with 6 weeks bulking (got that from Layne Norton - you fmailiar with him? - pro natural bodybuilder.) You planning on hitting up the naturalmania in Sept? I think i am gonna go to see how it goes. The hercules was great motivation and informative as well. Later.
Yeah, the Hercules is an INBF Natural show. I am going to check it out on Saturday, and if I am still in NYC this time next year I planning to compete it in.
I hear you man, I wish a miracle could be done to my body in two months. I am headed out to the beach in June and would love to be at least decent looking.
