How I Started:
Just started lifting in the gym and loved it. Then started cross-training with running and biking. Then got into doing triathlons and duathlons. Awesome!
Why I Love It:
Like seeing how I can change the shape of my body. Nothing much better than a really good workout. It's the best medicine!
How I Stay Motivated:
Sometimes tough to stay motivated, but there's the little things. People notice me a lot more and sometimes I get asked about working out even when we're talking about other stuff. When my clothes start to feel tight then I know I'm getting bigger. It's a great feeling (except when I gotta buy more clothes..lol)

Goal (Long):
Maintain lifting at least 4 times a week and cross train at least 2 times a week with running or biking. Eat clean at least 5 days a week and have only 1 cheat day a week.
but who knows tho, i only been eating like this to avoid precomp burnout, ill start my precomp at the end of march. the plan is to stay around 5-6%bodyfat, while filling out my upper half
lol, you know what the funny thing is, im gettin much leaner, the more i eat, my metabolism just skyrockets as long as i eat clean, im adding mass but im not really eating the usual stuff that people eat for bulking
Yeah, pretty cool huh? The little one was for winning the class and the Large one is for the Overall. Much better than a plate or a muscular statue of some guy.
