How I Started:
I was getting lazy so I started going to the gym with my sister and kept going when everyone else quit.
Why I Love It:
It takes my mind off of everything else and it feels good knowing I am doing something to better myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my body change and just needing to have that feeling of accomplishment after working out.
