Sandmanstuber Hey bud sup? Were in a bulking state right now Im on the monster mass pills with a organ sheild as well. and upped the protein to 200 g in the shakes dept. I m holding at 173 If I can just get past that 175 mark and hold there Id be happier, but long way to go to 185 or 190 my goal just hope it dont come in on my gut. What s your latest goals ? Sandmanstuber Thanks man Ive been hitting the heavy weights I could barely push 135 now up to 250 lbs in bench (which prob isnt nothing like you can do. ) within 3 months so I am happy about that. GOtta fill out those hurley shirts. my arms are almost 15 inches non flexed and chest almost 44 again relaxed shorter people got it going on its that proportion/perception thing I will add the creatine i use cellteck you think thats ok? Ill take that in morning too Aug 2, 2010 12:07am

Sandmanstuber How much protein in a day Ive always heard like 1 gr per weight so right now Im at 166 lbs so 166g of protein? alot of peeps think Im at the gym to much and dont let my body rest and im there too long at a time too I like oatmeal too just wish it would fill out. I dont understand the bulk then cutting phase on how to do that I was doing 3500 cals and then got the gut now down to 2200 a day and still got the gut. How far do you gain weight before you cut? but not loose muscle.? Aug 2, 2010 12:00am

Sandmanstuber I went ass backward just like you said dont do, I was fat got somewhat cut and now feel chucky again at 166 I want a kick ass chest and most peeps say Igot it now I dont see it in my profile pic I want to fill out my hurley shirts.lol Heres what I eat breakfast 2 piec wheattoast with peanut butter. and protein shakes lunch subway 12in chx breast sandwich on wheat. preworkout jack3d afterworkout celltec for creatine and then protein shake, snack cliff bar, supper lean piece of meat Aug 1, 2010 11:06am
