Reason I joined this BodyGroup: I am looking to compete in either bodybuilding or as a fitness model, but I'm not too sure of the difference in training techniques and what would be best suited for my body type. Members: 45

Ironwill002 Sounds like your arm program is fine, as far as it goes. If you want to see faster gains, you need to do more than 3 sets. Try 6, then increase to 8. Add other exercises, such as bent over curls with heavy bar, hammer curls, and concentration curls. Work it to failure. And alternate heavy weeks with high rep lighter weeks (15 reps minimum).
