Goal (Long):
I want to reach a fitness level of contest preportions. I would like to help other feel the way I do and let them see how fittness training and weihgt lifting can litteraly change your life.
Wow, you should be motivation enough! Do you offer to workout with her? Maybe start it outside the gym like bike riding and hiking, then slowly move it into the gym. I'm not familiar with the long term result is on those surgeries but I think, like anything else, you need to work out to tighten and maintain. I'm sure there are articles on line or even here on BB.com that she can read. I hope she does start, it will give her energy, confidence and great results. Good luck to you both!
So, What's up!? I know that life has been more difficult timewise with a new baby boy but you can get what you need in there . I have started to learn how to train 3 times a day for 20 minutes each. It kind of sucks but there are still results. It makes those real workouts even more enjoyable! Hang in there man!
Congrats on the baby buddy, bet your over the moon, inspiration hmm, ive not trained for 3 months lol but still close to my original size only lost 6lbs from my heaviest and im still lean, hope its the same with you, looking huge in your avatar
Congratulations!!!! A child is a wondrous thing! The challenge of excelling at any sport is the obstacles that life throws in the path. (Not that a son is an obstacle) Just stay healthy and get the workouts in when you can.
again! Congratulations!!!
i actually workout at home, I got a nice lil gym from ironmaster.com with the superbench, dipbar, pullup bar, and the 120 lbs dumbbell adjustable kit. Im thinkin of joining that gym in a few months,
