bring up the mass but keeping the fat % low.I lost 40 pounds body weight 227lbs - 184lbs , but i wish to get some back of course keeping the body shape.
My 2010 goal is to be in the best shape of my life. I'm taking it to a much higher level this time around. Compete atleast 4 times in 2010 with a few overall wins.
My goal is to stay healthy, feels and look like I'm ready to step on stage to compete and knowing that I can still win. As a personal trainer you have to set a standard that your clients can emulate and help them reach their goal.
