began working out because of football. high school, college, then semi pro.

by seeing other people working out and hearing people say damn you look good when u know deep down inside u can look a hell of alot better! maybe im 2 hard on myself!

Goal (Long):
i would really like to be under 200 pounds. like 190... but i know that will not come over night. im doing this so i can do a calender..maybe even a nude one... thats my goal!
Now I'm working out with Chalean extreme and she is the best! It's a circuit training, I really sweat like hell and work with weights really hard my lower body as my upper body.

If you hadn't time to start P90x I'm not sure that you would have time to endure 12 weeks. Yes it is really endurance, at least 60 min of hard work, often it goes to 90 min, it's 6 times a week, really really hard work!
You are man so you'll probably like it, cause its great for upper body but for legs sucks. My worst parts are legs and butt, and P90x doesn't have any workout with weights for lower body, just plyometrics and million lunges! That is why I stopped after phase 1.
Hey...actually my eating plan has changed-I am training w/ Team Scivation and following there CHA 1400 plan. Basically I get 35 grams protein and 10 grams healthy fat for 6 meals a day. Not really any carbs,except 1/2 cup oats after training(4 days a week) Going into my second week now and am liking my progress so far :)
