Nothing wrong with a nap, they are just wonderful. Yes I did! This guy I know rented out a restaurant which was cleared and turned into a dance floor pretty much..100 showed up. Then met up with a few friends after that...did you go out?? I must say I looked pretty sharp that night hahaha.

None stick pans are such a luxury. It puts a smile on my face when I can freely flip my omelet in the morning :P. How are those working out for you? How's training? Happy New year QT

Santa WAS good to me his year. Some clothing, a shiny new water bottle and some workout gloves..how about you?
You can definitely do crunches with weight. You can basically hug the weight on your upper chest orrr hold the weight off your chest whichever feels good. Just make sure you are holding the crunch at the top for at LEAST a one second pause. Weight feels good on the incline I find.

Thank you. I'm looking to put on 10 more pounds but id like to be lean at 155LBS. Other than that I just want to keep squatting heavier and deadlifting heavier. What are your goals? You have a well developed strong looking back.

I think I need to explain the concept of weeks. I think you mistaked 1 to 3 weeks with hours hahaha :P . How was the run anyway, looks slushy and windy out there.Yeah I celebrate, how about you? Just got our tree yesterday and it smells soo good in our house!

Very nice. That worked really well, hope you keep to the cycle easily. I always feel so productive when I'm up early..even if I don't do much in the day haha. I'll try my best to be in bed before midnight...You have motivated me :P. ttyl
