Inspirational is as inspirational does. Raising/surviving 6 kids, being a roll model for health and wellness to us, her influence in the bb.com community and beyond. Obtaining her pro card from a natural federation after years of dedication to bodybuilding. That's one inspirational chick.
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
It's what I have access to at the moment. Pros would be cost and easy access. Cons would be the lack of fun equipment to play around with!
Just me and my free weights.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Do a warm up of 10 reps at the most then between 6-8 reps for each following set.
I'm trying to promote muscle size and strength by lifting heavy for a short period of time.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Probably one of the best compliments you could get.
I take some time to look around at the females training at my gym for a little boost. Some of the most dedicated and hard working people in the gym. There always seems to be a higher level of focus in their training.
Thanks. I'm essentially a beginning weight trainer so short term I'd like to get the exercise form down cold and increase my total body strength, primarily through the basic exercises (bench, pullups, squats, rows, etc.). Longer term, like you, gain muscle mass while remaining lean.
Run, I never felt any pain, till later. :p (inside run) Yes, Christmas hasn't gotten old here yet..so MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!! :D I used to get pine oil to burn, that's my tree. Right now the only Holiday smell around here, is the Glade Apple & Cinnamon. I am thinking of making Xmas Dinner for my dad & I this year.
Girly...ahha! Yea I'm up. Went to Physio, the knee is hopefully an easy fix, received some strengthening exercises, she says back on it in a week to three weeks...so I went for a run....:D :( lol baaad, How are you? Do you celebrate Christmas?
Well that's cool, nice & close to a gym!! Me too, my gym is two door's down from me, so I really have no excuses now...:p Thanks for the well wishes. :) Hope you're having yourself a pleasant weekend.
