<---- Just look at him!!! Besides his inspirational appearance he has alot of experience, his dedication is remarkable and his ability to move past his life health issues is nothing short of amazing. He's helpful and always has something good to say.
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
It's what I have access to at the moment. Pros would be cost and easy access. Cons would be the lack of fun equipment to play around with!

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Do a warm up of 10 reps at the most then between 6-8 reps for each following set.
I'm trying to promote muscle size and strength by lifting heavy for a short period of time.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Probably one of the best compliments you could get.
I take some time to look around at the females training at my gym for a little boost. Some of the most dedicated and hard working people in the gym. There always seems to be a higher level of focus in their training.

I really enjoyed this much the last time I was able to use the gym for a short period of time.
Right now I'm in the process of finding a gym I can go to that is reasonable in price.
Yeah, right now I'm trying to reduce body fat and my weight so I can start weight lifting... though some people tell me to just start weight lifting now.
somedays i wonder how badly i do want it..like is it really worth it and will it really make me happier?? in my mind i always want it but then i just dont follow thru..
I hear you on that. When I did those record leg presses a couple of weeks ago I was walking funny all week. I'm doing good. Getting excited to get out of here for a little bit! :)
