How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I usually hit about 8-12, but then i switch it up and hit 6-10 some days. I just listen to my body and switch it up as needed to grow.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Between set i rest for about 1min. But on my last set i rest only 30sec to get them muscles working and crying for help
