I know I have not been posting lately but that will change now. I was preparing for my competitions. I did 3 contests, I did well in 2 and not so well in 1. LOL. Anyway, I am happy to let you know that I won the IFBB NPC Australasia 2009 Super Heavyweights. Here is a...
I just dropped by to say that you look absolutely fantastic! You have the body that so many men dream of but are not willing to put the effort into developing. I compliment you on your dedication, determination as well as your achievement. You are a fantastic inspiration to others, especially me. Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
Hi you are massive. I saw you are taking xtend. I sit worth it? I mean do you feel it is helping you? how much protein do you recommend. I am 200 lbs that would be 93 kg. thanx.
Thanks for the advise Eric. I have been out the gym since last week. Recooperating from the flu. I stopped taking Lipo6x and decided to just eat clean, lift heavy and do cardio- stair master, sprinting etc. I hope to be back in the gym by Thursday.
Sup Eric, I finally have the weight I desire. 242lbs. Now, I plan to lean up. Any suggestions. I am taking Lipo6x-I cut out white sugar, salt and flour. I have increased my protein to 300grams, BCAA, and Lglutamine. 3x a week I am doing Interval at 15incline and speed at 4.7 for 30to 45minutes. I lift Monday-Thursday. Any suggestions?
Congratulations on ur win! I'll start my season in late August! Training is training, it's just a process. Slowly dieting back down to competiton weight!
