How I Started:
I started bodybuilding by default. I went overseas as an exchange student and had to leave my ice hockey and bikes in the States. So I was getting out of shape and a woman at a gym started my preparation for my first contest.
Why I Love It:
Not sure why I like it. I guess the exhilaration of exercise and the idea that I can see my achievements with my physique. I also enjoy learning how our bodies function and the role of nutrition and exercise for well being.

IFBB-NPFC Australia Mr WA, Mr Victoria, Australian Knight of Champions, All States winner, 2nd place Australasia Championships and placing 3rd at the Australian Nationals (NPC). Competing at the IFBB NPFC World Championships

My goal this year is compete in the IFBB-NPFC Australasia 2008 Superheavy weight catagory.
Goal (Long):
This season I feel I need to come into the show, harder yet carrying about 2 kg more muscle mass. I have to improve my quads and calves. I want my calves at least 19 inches.

I just started using NOW SPORTS branched chain amino acids and a costco brand multivitamin/mineral. Is this a good combination with my prolab glutamin and on's 100% whey to get me bigger...or do u have any better suggestions? thanks 4 ur time and support!

Well done buddy, hope to read your blog soon. 2nd is nothing to sneeze at in such good competition. 2 1/2 weeks for me, wishing it was over before the peak week panic sets in.
C'mon Ric buddy dont leave us hanging, how did you do and where are some photos. You are probably still eating, but dont leave your cyber buddies hanging. You know here in WA (wait awhile) we wont see any results until Hardcore aussie muscle hits the news stands.
