Hmm...definitely starting to see more cuts. My bodyfat percentages are going down a lot quicker now after changing my diet to a carb cycle. Finally starting to figure out the last piece of the puzzle.

Still trying to get this pose down. I don't think I'm pushing my chest out far enough. Anyway, 151 lbs. 9% bodyfat. Probably won't make my goal of 155 by the end of the month, but I have gained solid strength, and mass. I am lifting much more than I was before.

I am extremely happy with the results from my last bulk on my shoulders. You can see my little doggie in the background..haha. The more cut I get the better my shoulders look.

As you can see all the fat on my arms/shoulders is gone. This shows how I put on fat first and last. The last fat to come off me is always my stomach. Suck. I also just ate too...plus day after a high carb day.

Weekly progress shot. I was surprised to find that my arms gained about 1/4 of an inch. Makes sense because during my carb cycling my bi/tri/forearm days were surrounded by higher calories. Going to try to gain size now while keeping bodyfat at bay.

Got a little sunburnt today. I can tell that I was holding a bit of water today. I think taking out the fat burner, and just using creatine has made me hold a little more. I'm not concerned. After tanning today I can see that my cuts were coming out more! Yay for getting tan!

I'm really starting to fill out. Carb cycling has allowed me to keep bodyfat at bay and still gain muscle. On my high days I eat about 3000 calories.

I can tell that I've gained a little bit of bodyfat back. I'm not entirely concerned about that because I know exactly how to get rid of it when I want too. I'm more concerned now about putting some solid muscle on my frame, but not too much bodyfat.

Less than 1 week of a little bit more cardio. No decrease in calories at all, and already results as far as cutting bodyfat. I won't decrease calories at all during this mini-cut, my goal is to try to get my bodyfat to maintain around 8-9%. We'll see.

Basically, every percentage point counts now. I've pretty much honed in on the bodyfat % that I truly am. Without calipers and such. I use calipers for progress, but that's about it. I hope to be where I want in the next 4 weeks. Then, it's time to go heavy again. From May till end of August I would estimate I gained about 1-2 lbs. muscle. MAYBE.
