Background

When I Started: Aug 2008
HOW I STARTED:

Lifted back in high school and all through college, but never really took the time to figure out diet, cardio, training and all that. It was basically just "lift heavy shit" until I figured out the right way to do it.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I am the man responsible for who I am. When I look in the mirror each day, I stare my creator in the eyes. I am responsible for what I have and will become, I am accountable for what I will or will not accomplish.
