Pyrmids of standing curls, preacher curls, hammer curls and arnold curls=. 3 sets of each.

yeah man its really hard i was 140last year and i shot up and im like stuck in the 160's now im currently 165 but by the end of summer i want to be 185, i think once school ends ill gain weight much faster because ill be eating a lot more, you look good though, how long you been lifting?

no probs mate, anytime. also make sure you don't overtrain those areas, too much too fast could end up in no growth at all, which may be why they're lagging. additionally, do compound exercises, work most muscle groups without the need for any isolation work. good luck!

Well as i dont know what you do now theres not much i can say... plus i'm not all experienced at this either.. make sure your doing good stretching exercises at the end of your chest workouts, for example flyes and really getting the stretch at the bottom, gets blood flowing and really helps growth. t bar rows really help my back. try intensity techniques like supersetting back+chest. most importantly, eat right otherwise you'll see no gains, which is one of my problems! :)
