well im starting now im 15 young and wants to build on some muscle neeeds help with a good diet feel free to comment on pictures even if its sumthin bad

i Try to just bring it every day and never think negative
hey man i seen ur reuslts and u said u change ur diet and u got better results any idea what u can tel me what to eat or when to do cardio if so how long cardio and high intensity low
Most important tip: If your training natural as I am then never train any body part other then abs 1X per week and don't let any of your weight training seesions exceed 45 minutes. Workouts should be brief but very intense!
Well if you're like me and you have a fast metbabolism you should be eating around the clock. protein every 3 hours. get your complex carbs in. that would be your baked potatoes, spaghetti, pasta, etc.
