Since being layed off 3 wks ago Ive been eating very low carb to give myself a boost. Just joined local powerhouse April 8, 09. Im starting the process of a total transformation. I am a competative bowler and know getting in shape will improve my bowling and possible get me to pro level.
I am concentrating on carbio (treadmill, bike, eliptical, stepper) along with basic weightlifting exercises. 1st day at gym 35min treadmill 2.5mph 1%incline, 2nd varied btw. 2.8 and 3.2 with incline btw 1% to 5%.
Gotta start somewhere, looking around at profiles has me very motivated and eager to bust ass.
Im starting around 400#(i know, i know) and will update when able 2.
