Workout Program:
The very first thing I do is pray to Christ to give me the ability to create muscle and burn fat. I pray that everyone receives the same blessing. To help us to create strong powerful bodies. And then I pray that everyone comes to and accepts Christ as there savior.

And then:

I now workout one body part.

I do this 5 days a week hence, working out 5 different parts a week.

chest
legs
back
shoulders
b i's and tri's

I also do cardio 4 times a week.
