I did a personal best in my bench yesterday. I did on flat bench 240 8 reps and on incline bench 180 8 reps. Both personal best lifts for me. Also on my fly's I did incline, decline and flat fly's 35 pounds each rep of 15. Also a best. I had a great week. I feel really strong. ...
