Background

When I Started: Aug 2007
HOW I STARTED:

One day I looked down at my stomach and realized I needed to start working out because of the alcohol comsumption and lack of excercise.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Just turn on my ipod, lift some weight, feel the burn, in the zone, its just intense!

HATERS.... IS THIS GOIN' ON AT YOUR GYM????

JUST ANOTHER DAY AT THE GYM....



Wake up, eat, jump in the car, and its off to the gym and after taking a little white flood (controlled labs great pre-workout if you haven't tried it) I was more than ready and pumped up to crush my muscles.  Yep, another day just like any other.  I walk into the gym with one thing on my mind and that is hit the iron as hard as humanly possible!!  I do my stretches for ten minutes, bust out a couple sets for warm-ups, and already there the two guys in the gym who like to stare as they compare themselves to you menta
