How I Started:
I left school and looked at some photos of my school years and I was skinny and looked like a skeleton. I was fussy with food too. As a result, I joined a gym with the money my new job raked in and got awesome results so kept going.
Why I Love It:
I don't like working out... I stopped working out about 2years after I started. At 5'7", and 150lbs with 5%bf I was looking amazing... but just stopped and just recently (2008) i decided i need to get back into it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Going to the beach and realising I wanna be the one the chicks dig and the dudes wanna be...

At this stage I need to focus on the first 6months of gaining muscle. Because it's summer I'm also being careful not to get to 'bloated' during the shirtless months. Hopefully, by winter I can start focus on shredding and getting to a lean base then building lean muscle from that ready for Summer '09 - watch out ;)
